To qualify for a return, items must:

- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation (if applicable)
- Be in resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Used products
- Items with broken seals
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items
- Personalized products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will review the request and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by MoonLight Perfume.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged item received
- Shipping error caused by MoonLight Perfume
We recommend using trackable shipping methods.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
